We offer shipping that takes about 5-7 business to arrive, and if you need it faster, we’ve got expedited options at checkout. Just a heads up, shipping times can vary depending on where you are and any unexpected delays. If you have any questions or need help with your order, don’t hesitate to reach out to us!
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We love our handmade jewelry and want you to love it too. If you’re not totally happy with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days for an exchange. Just make sure it’s in its original condition and packaging. Please note, for hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on earrings. To get the ball rolling on a return or exchange, just shoot us a message at service@terranestudios.com.
Oh, and also, gift cards, sale items, custom or personalized pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
